Ivnytsia Village (1,600 residents), Andrushivka Region, is located on the banks of Ivyanka River. The first record of it was in 1584. In the second half of the 18th c. it was a major town of artisans and traders with over 300 residents, which in 1761 got a privilege from Polish King Augustus III. There were an Orthodox Church, Catholic Church and chapel, synagogue and Jewish oratory, school and two sawmills.

In the second half of the 18th c. a well-planned landscape park with traditional system of ponds and sluices was laid out on the flat left slope of the river. The park was designed as the farmstead's entourage. The only relics now are the fragments of the entrance gate and ruin of towers with loop-holes made like watchtowers. Dreadful thickets are a result of long-term neglect. Though instead of park alleys there are now paths trodden by locals, the environs are still rather romantic There are about 14 ha of 45 types of trees and bushes with prevalence of ash, fir-trees (some of them are big and old), linden, maples, and elms. About 800 trees are 200 and more years old.
