‘Aerosvit – Ukrainian airlines’ is named the most promising operator among all airlines, Ukrainian agencies accredited by the IATA are cooperating with.
When estimating perspective of the air-carriers, Ukrainian agencies chose ‘Aerosvit’ amidst the leading operators of Germany (Lufthansa), Austria (Austrian Airlines), Hungary (Malev), Great Britain (British Airways), Czechia (CSA), France (Air France), the Netherlands (KLM), Poland (LOT) and Finland (Finnair). The experts maintain that participants of the questionnaire were greatly impressed with the ‘Aerosvit’ dynamic growth of passenger carriage volumes and the slashing expansion of the route net of this largest Ukrainian airline.
The five of the leaders in nomination ‘The most promising airline’ tails another Ukrainian air-operator – ‘International Ukraine Airlines’ (IUA).
At the same time ‘Aerosvit’ turned out to be the sole Ukrainian airline to be among five winners in another prestigious nomination – ‘The best service on-board’. Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, British Airways and Air France are also included in this nomination by the IATA agencies. In general, respondents positively estimated the services of IUA, KLM, Malev, CSA, LOT, as well as Swiss International (Switzerland), Emirates Airlines (the UAE), Singapore Airlines (Singapore) and Turkish Airlines (Turkey).
Moreover, in the nomination ‘The most attractive tariff policy’ ‘Aerosvit’ appeared on the second place. The tariffs of the Hungarian airline ‘Malev’ were chosen as the most attractive ones for the agencies operating on the Ukrainian market.
All in all, this information illustrates the results of cooperation between the leading world air-companies and Ukrainian agencies of the IATA.
Of course, publishing of such ratings twice a year makes the domestic air-carriers constantly search for the new ways to improve their services and price policy in order to become the best airline. It is a gambling task, however the result is certainly worthy of taking pains and restructuring the whole philosophy of sales and marketing techniques under the motto ‘the winner takes it all’. The airlines are doing their best and Ukrainian passengers are enjoying the new privileges and innovations.
